Frequently asked questions
How do I check in?
Check-in is from 2pm to 10pm. Collect your keys and car park fob from our neighbours at H&C Urban Winery, 181 High Street, right next door. Bring your booking confirmation and photo ID. Arriving after 10pm? Message us beforehand and we'll make other arrangements.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10am. Please return your keys and fob to H&C Urban Winery.
Is there parking?
Yes. Each apartment has one secure bay in the basement car park, accessed from Phanos Lane via the car lift. There's also 1-hour free street parking on High Street out front for unloading.
Is there a pool?
Yes. Guests can use the building’s shared outdoor pool (unheated) and the gym.
Are the apartments suitable for families?
Yes, children are welcome. Each apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms (two queens and a twin), with two full bathrooms plus a separate toilet, a full kitchen and a laundry. Please supervise children around the pool and on the balcony.
Do you have group accommodation?
Yes. With four apartments in the same building, Stay Freo can host up to 24 guests, ideal for extended families, weddings and group trips. Get in touch and we’ll help you book them together.
Is Central Fremantle a good place to stay?
It’s the most convenient part of Fremantle if you want to walk everywhere. From High Street you can stroll to Fremantle Markets, the Cappuccino Strip, Fremantle Prison, the Round House, Bathers Beach and the Rottnest ferries at B Shed. Fremantle train station is about 10 minutes’ walk, with Perth CBD around 30 minutes by train.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets aren't permitted in the building.
Is there a minimum stay?
Stays starting Friday, Saturday or Sunday have a two-night minimum. Other nights have no minimum.
